To make Goblin Guts you will need:
- Cooked spaghetti noodles
- Green food coloring
- Cooking oil
- Spiders, eyeballs, rats, and anything else you think would make a good goblin guts
- Optional- wrapped candy
The Set Up
Cook one box of spaghetti noodles as you normally would. Drain and run under cold water. Coat with oil to prevent sticking. Then add food coloring or water colors and mix it into the noodles until the desired color is achieved. Allow 10-15 minutes to dry. Then toss in whatever you would like and hide the treasures in the guts. I left a few items on top, but most of the goodies were hidden.

Finding the candy was their favorite part. Lots of giggles were had as they dug through the guts

Storage & Tips:
- Once play time is over you can store your guts in a zip seal bag in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- We pulled our goblin guts out a few more times, and they were even more fun COLD! If you are worried about kids hands getting stained during play I recommend using washable liquid water colors to color the noodles. You can buy the brand we use online here.
