Today, the kids were in need of a fun activity. So, we decided to decorate the hard-boiled eggs that we had in the fridge. We didn't decorate Easter eggs though. We made Halloween eggs! Read on for the easy tutorial.

Rosie and Jewel love dyeing eggs, and while Easter comes only once a year this fun activity doesn't have to!

Decorating Halloween Eggs
To decorate our eggs we used paint. You could dye the eggs first and then embellish them with paint if desired.
- We began by painting some of the eggs solid colors and then allowing that base coat of paint to dry.

- Then, we further embellished the eggs using more paint and markers.

- We also left some of the eggs white and simply painted them to look like ghosts, vampires, and skeletons.

Rosie and Jewel had so much fun and asked to decorate egg after egg!
